BF Legal Services was founded by Lubelia M. F. Fragoso, an Ontario Licensed Paralegal by the Law Society of Ontario and Notary Public.
Ms. Fragoso holds a professional background in security, investigations, by-law and parking enforcement and paralegal supported by certificates and professional training in these fields.
The result is a professional background built through experience, difficult challenges, continual learning, and the determination to master whatever she undertakes.
